Monday
New cycle. The work running competition starts in two weeks.

7km jog, with some stair work. Very, very slow.

It has been at least 3 months since my last run. Can't wait to see how this effects me.

I've been a member of my globogym for 8 years now. Happily, my 3 x 5 x 130 was a PB.

2 x 800m jog to get to running track and back

have lost 2kgs so far... cutting out cheese and full cream milk has been less than fun.
