He wasn't completely clear, or maybe I wasn't completely clearly listening after the rep, lol. It's possible that I didn't completely lock out my legs with shoulders fully upright at the same time. It was rather heavy for me and felt like ages to grind the weight to the top. I felt my legs lock out at one point early at the top but may have bent them slightly when I was trying to stand up completely straight and forgot to lock my legs back out again before I dropped the weights down. The whole rep was pretty hazy. I was focused so much on just pulling the weight up, I didn't notice much during or after.

Thanks. It went up pretty easy. I think the Good Mornings and Rack Pulls are working.

Awesome lifts, guys...

The first time I posted in this thread, was when I moved my bodyweight with squats and deadlift (the first small step).

The second small step is/was reaching (more than) 100kg... Yesterday it was deadlifts 1x5x105kg.

I hope the squats will follow soon.

Continue to be jaw-on-the-floor impressed with your pulling prowess Matt.

Just... amazing.

I always use straps for barbell rows (45-degree and Pendlay). For, Rear Delt Rows (dumbbell) I usually don't, although I did for my most recent PR (last set only).
