-Went in feeling great but everything felt like a grinder
+pulldowns dont hurt anymore as long as biceps stay flexibel

bored to death of rowing movements again so i might be skipping them alot...

Overhead Squats for stretching. Starting with 10kg bar and working grip in then 20kg. Very painful... biceps and forearm flexors are tight...

Very satisfying workout i just wish i would not get injured again...

Good workout but:
-OHP is too light to cause a big impact on recovery.
-Need to do more frequency for pressing.

Squat day - unexpected deload

60x10 quads felt tired
80x3 weird
100x3 slow
120x3 felt really heavy

This last cycle destroyed my recovery and only thing i did was add leg press and go nuts on olympic lifts one day. I will deload friday to avoid f*cking up next weeks heavy deadlift day because that would just be a complete failure...
