Weighted Chin-up
1 x 20kg

Wasn't from strict dead hang, but with a slight angle in the beginning. Good progress. 4 years ago I couldn't get a chin-up, now one with 20kg extra weight. Plus back then I was 10kg lighter. So looks good. I've never done this with a weight-belt before anyway.

Nope. But relatively big quads. I've gotten my shoulders and traps a bit more visible, but other than that I probably don't look like I lift too much. I haven't really trained to add muscle there so maybe there lies the issue

I'm just busting your chops man, you're making good progress and I'm intimidated by it

I'm just getting started Robbie

Conventional Deadlift
1 x 180kg

This was with a bodyweight of little under 80kg. I'm cutting a little fat at the moment (down 3kg in 14 days so far), so I'm on a diet while still pulling PR's. Today was refeed day, so that improved my drive even more. I've gotten 180kg on sumo last december, but never with a conventional. Today was the day. I felt invincible and I was. The moment the bar raise off the floor I knew I got it. High fives to all once again.

Just compare yourself to your previous performance.

Deadlift 505x4x4

Not a big fan of multiple reps on deadlift, but C. Thibaudeau's 915 workout piqued my interest. When I looked at the rep scheme for Deadlift (well...for all of it actually) I thought "no way in hell!", but decided to give it a try. When I got my first set of 4 I decided to see if I could do the 5 sets they call for. Couldn't, but have worked up to 4 x 4. On the fifth set I can still only do 3.

To quote Dan John "it produces a soreness that has to be tasted to be believed..."
