I had 5 surgeries on my stomach, 1st aortic aneurism the 4 more to close surgical hernia; the last one they used Mesh and 3 surgeries on my lower back.

I have been riding my bike on a Mag Trainer and my cardio has improved and I have lost over 30 lbs. My questions are what exercises should I do to reduce my stomach size? I am limited to lift approximately 25 lbs. and since my stomach muscles have been cut 5 times I am not sure what to do.

Reducing your abdominal fat is almost always done by reducing calorie intake. You can speed it up by making sure you eliminate foods that particularily bother your liver, like alcohol and fructose. As for exercise, walking is good. Strength train as you are able.

Thanks for the suggestions. I believe I will add more stretching including a exercise ball. Walking is good but I try and keep stress on the knee low since at some point it will have to be replaced. I could have done the replacement 7 years ago but the technology was not great and the replacement knee only had a 15 year life. I have reduced the calorie intake and have reduced eating bread, potato's and rice
