Question1: Does this trigger all same muscles as it says in here with wrist extension? http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/WristExtensors.html

If you're doing it 1 where you bend towards elbow and 2 where you pull it upwards. Is there any difference and which is correct way?

Question2: How come Brachioradialis isn't activated when you obviously can feel it is worked? It says it's only activated in elbow flexion but I feel it's actived in wrist extension too.
