What is an example of self limiting behaviors people have and could you give an overview of how to deal with that?
It can be nearly impossible to keep people on a diet and exercise routine, even when they really want to do it. How would you motivate them to stick with it and not just give up? |

What can someone do if he should be able to do something, but just can't do it because of an unconcious fear, what can he do about it.
Eg. I just can't do even the simplest vault in gymnastics, not because I lack the physical capabilities. It's because I block my arms when I 'hit' the horse and it drives me crazy because I can do it on a high plateau. |

Thanks for this interview, just listened to it and learned a lot. Also the interviewer has a really nice voice. She sounds very smooth and relaxed. Marv really knows his stuff.
