Stand facing end of agility ladder. Lean forward and bend arms to sides.
Hop across first ladder rung using both feet. Land on forefeet, allowing heel to make contact or come near ground. Immediately hop over each successive ladder rung until end of ladder is reached.
Jump using both legs and forefeet to absorb impact and push-off quickly between each jump. Increase intensity by hopping faster. Drill can also be made more challenging by skipping every other or every third rung. Also known as Double Leg Ladder Speed Hops.
