Preparation
Stand with cone to one side.
Execution
Jump sideways to opposite side of cone. Upon landing, immediately jump to other side.
Comments
Use both upper and lower body movements. Attempt to increase speed of jumps, keeping landings short. Perform multiple jumps in succession.
