Instructions

Preparation

Lie prone on mat and extend both arms out to sides. Position right arm slightly lower than shoulder. Also bend left knee.

Execution

Roll body onto right side by pushing left hand onto floor. Positioning bent left leg over straight right leg until stretch is felt. Hold stretch. Repeat in opposite position.

For those who require body to be turned over more to feel adequate stretch, upper leg can positioned back further away from straight leg as shown.
