Prone Infraspinatus Stretch

Instructions

Preparation

Lie prone on mat or floor. Extend arms out to each side on floor.  Bend elbows 90º and position back of hands to sides of body.

Execution

Lower bend arms toward floor and hold stretch.

Comments

Upper arms will end up perpendicular to torso while forearms will be parallel.
