Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat or floor with legs bent and feet on floor. Bend elbows 90º and position to side of shoulders with back of upper arm on floor.

Execution

Keeping elbows bend at a right angles, push forearms downward toward floor and hold stretch.
