Chair Trapezius Stretch

Instructions

Preparation

Sit on chair slightly angled to right. Position legs far apart with feet on floor. Bend over slightly to grasp back of front right chair leg with left hand.

Execution

Pull up on chair leg by position torso more upright while allowing left shoulder to be pulled downward. Hold stretch. Repeat on opposite side while sitting slightly angled to left.
