Preparation
Lie supine floor or mat with arms down to sides.
Execution
Raise leg with knee completely extended. Repeat on opposite leg.
Measurement
Measure the angle between legs (or leg and floor) using a goniometer. Alternative methods of measuring joint angles may be used.
Comments
Ankle is relaxed or plantar flexed (pointed). Lower back and head should remain on floor.
