Preparation
Stand with back of leg against wall to keep lower leg vertical.
Execution
Raise forefoot as high as possible while keeping heel on floor, leg against wall, and knee straight. Hold position. Repeat with opposite foot.
Measurement
Height from bottom of forefoot foot to floor is noted.
