Instructions
Preparation
Stand facing balance board. Step on one end of board. Slowly step on other end of board.
Execution
Balance body weight on top of balance board so board is nearly vertical with little movement.
Comments
Use upper arm movement to assist with balance. When finished, shift weight to one side. Step off with highest foot first.
