Instructions
Preparation
Stand between handles facing machine. Bend forward slightly and grasp parallel handles with oblique grip. Position elbows upward and outward. Bend knees just enough to raise selected weight up from remaining weight stack.
Execution
Push lever down by straightening arms. Return lever up with elbows flaring out until chest is slightly stretched. Repeat.
