Instructions
Preparation
Sit down on incline bench with dumbbells resting on lower thigh. Kick weights to shoulders and lean back. Position dumbbells above shoulders with elbows extended.
Execution
Raise shoulders toward dumbbells as high as possible. Lower shoulders to bench and repeat.
Comments
Keep arms straight throughout execution. For convenience, exercise can be performed immediately after warm up on Dumbbell Incline Chest Press.
