Preparation
Mount shoulder width dip bar, arms straight with shoulders above hands. Kneel on padded platform, lowering it down slightly so hips are slightly bent.
Execution
Lower body until slight stretch is felt in shoulders. Push body up until arms are straight. Repeat.
