I haven't had any relief in nearly three months. I tried four sessions of the Graston Technique (myo-fascial release)which didn't help at all. Tomorrow, I get the results of my MRI.

Speaking of shoulders, I fear I have a torn rotator cuff muscle and impingement or nerve compression.. I have had tingling in the left shoulder, neck and jaw for a couple of months now, in addition to intense heat sensations. I'm going to drop crunches from my core routine. I do them properly, that is, i keep my back neutral(normal lordotic curve?) and i don't flex my neck.
