your lower back muscles should be worked the same amount as your abs. you want to maintain a balance between the front and back of your core muscles. you will become stronger in your other lifts with a strong core.

what kinds of whole foods are considered casein protein? i know milk and other dairy products fall under that category but are all dairy products casein? what about meat like chicken, beef, and fish? Thanks.
i drink a lot of water a day, i'd say about 10-12 cups(8oz). although, i haven't been eating as much as i normally do, probably because i have kind of been slacking by not lifting as much as i normally do. i think eating more would help. thanks for the replies everybody.
thanks for the replies. when i work out my legs, they are really sore for a couple days afterwards and was wondering if taking an ice bath as mentioned above, or using a heat pad would make my legs less sore.
