Every time I do squats I get a pain that feels like a extreme cramp/pulled muscle in my hamstring and other inner thigh muscles. when I first started squatting I had chicken legs that could squat 60 pounds for 10 reps and I used to be light headed an nauseous afterwards :eek: . Now about a year later I can squat 225 lbs for 3 sets of 10 and not feel winded.

Yoga?
Just curious on your guys thoughts on yoga and lifting? does yoga benefit lifting at all? just asking because I've been thinking about trying yoga, being strong and flexible seems really appealing. It seemed to work out in Stretch Armstrong favor haha
