Re: shoulder area????
Yep. All doctors just want your money. The cads! all doctors of course want money, but there are some like ART providers that actually care about making you better. ART is hard to do, my ART guy told me that there are not that many ART people around because it is hard to do and master. Anyone can b...

Re: Knee Crepitus and Squatting
how do you do straight leg single leg deadlift with correct form and force your waist to bend keeping your leg straight and force the torso to stay steady? I have tried those before and my hamstring flexibility/bend at the waist flexibility limits me and also when I try standing on my right leg, my ...

Re: pain and swelling in.....
go to a sports store in the lacrosse section and get yourself a lacrosse ball for your TFL, quads, and hip flexors. You can use it on your chest too or anywhere else you can use it on. It is only a dollar something, very cheap. Also buy a golf ball too..I use those in between my shoulder blades and ...

Re: stress fracture or tendonitis
My ankle problem was just crunching noise like my 2nd-3rd beginning dance class 2 falls ag. Problem was I usually always wear shoes and my feet were weak. It was tender in my heel area and it was affecting my side-side movements playing sports. What I did was go to my chiropractor that works on danc...

Re: Clicking your joints
whenever my back gets tired/stiff, I do thoracic extensions on something that I can reach my shoulder blade area to so I can crack my back, then it feels good after. I think its ok as long as you do not do it the wrong way and know what you are doing. What joints are you popping anyway? I have no id...

Re: has anyone ever tried this before? wrist push ups
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIeL0AYygiY I am afraid to give this a try. I found this from the gymnastics website on different exercises for wrist endurance/strengthening. They do recommend to start on the knees first and then progress, but I am not sure if my wrists are even strong enough to do ...

Re: I am having weakness/sore/tenderness in wrist extensors.
what do you mean range of motion issues like behind my back? What stretch? If it is that hand to hand behind back reach stretch, my left side is more flexible than my right because I throw with my right, write with my right hand, etc. I dont have any shoulder pain once so ever, its only when I go in...

Re: I am having weakness/sore/tenderness in wrist extensors.
yeah, the sucky thing though is I cannot find the trigger point yet for pressure in wrist extension like push ups or pushing something without having to be on my fingers or fist for my left hand. I looked at symptoms of wrist sprain, wrist tendonitis, and such..but there is no swelling or real pain....
