This is not new science - here's a study from 2006 which at least touches on it anyway: http://www.ars.usda.gov/research/publications/publications.htm?seq_no_115=198125. I think first read about it in "Discover" I believe a few years ago, but I can't find that original article is online. I found htt...

Hehe I saw that a while back, was applauding until I learned that sadly it's a fake: http://www.theatlanticwire.com/opinions/view/opinion/Nikes-Big-Butt-Campaign-4572 - although bizarrely it uses text from an almost identical Nike campaign from 2005. I suspect somewhere around less than 15% body fat...

My only point is that you're scientifically wrong about that. Bacteria can and do absorb and incorporate exogenous genetic material. So, moving on past...

I eat a pound of vegetables almost every night, 80% of the time broccoli. Occasionally I'll eat slightly less than a pound if you don't count ~6-8oz of raw tomato since that's really fruit. And once every 6 days I'll do a high-carb meal with ~1lb potato/sweet potato, 1lb green peas, 1/2 lb meat. Las...
