I got hardly any bicep growth till I added underhand chins and curls. And tri exts really helped for tris too. I don't mind doing them...sort of like a good way to end a workout, so I don't leave with my heart still pumping. LOL. Once I get someone to take a pic...I am gonna put a pic of me up from ...

Hmmm...well...yes it is only in colder temps. I mean...every once in awhile in warmer temps, but I really notice now that its like 40 and below out. And uhh...my skin has a mild reddish tone to it (at least the hands), so perhaps your right. But I really don't notice much of a color change...and wit...

Compound for some, isolation for others?
Does anyone here get better results with compound movements for the bigger muscles, and better results with isolation for small muscles? Like- compound for legs and chest and back, and isolation for arms? That seems to be the only way I can put any mass on my arms...I wonder if anyone else is the sa...

It sounds like a rotator cuff problem. You need to do the thing at the bottom of this page. http://exrx.net/Articulations/Shoulder.html#anchor110483 You also should do the cuban press http://www.netfit.co.uk/fitness/exercises/shoulder/cuban-press.htm Adding the other shoulder articulations couldn't...

May I try to reassure about some of those? * Abdominal Aneurysm - cold hands and feet I doubt this would cause cold hands--just cold legs. If it were bad enough to do that, you'd be likely to have other symptoms (abdominal pain, leg weakness, skin color change, impotence). * Buerger's disease - poo...

Re: Weird Circulation problem...
I find that my hands and feet are like always cold. I know this has nothing to do with exercise (hopefully), but didn't know where else to post it. Can anyone think of any reasons for this? I'm thinking bad circulation or something. I did a search on "cold hand syndrome" and came up with this link ...

A wake up call...
If you were given a wake up call in life, what do you think it would awaken you from? I think I had one several years back...when me and my best friend from high school both joined in the army together, he went active tanker and I went reserve supply dude. Unfortunately, he didn't make it back from ...

My biggest annoyance is most of the time everyone at the gym just looks angry about something. Me- sure, sometimes I can be in a bad mood- but a lot of the people there look like they're ready to fight or something. LOL, I thought that was the point of working out, to blow off some steam in this str...

No I haven't seen it, and I've never cared for Bill Maher. He's always struck me as a really miserable person who wants the rest of the world to be as unhappy as he is. He's also very condescending. You know, I'd say quite the opposite about him being miserable. I'll agree with condescending though...
