Re: Read me and criticize me

Few points: #1 --- Work on the attitude bro, that'll be an absolute killer when it comes to attaining/maintaining goals. -Take focus off the scale and more on the mirror. -I don't know when your face will look good without a beard -No simple carbs -Small portions size and eat small meals throughout ...

Re: massage reccomendations?

I would say first look at the possible psychological factors that may be contributing to your chronic tension. But the rest I can't really offer too much advice. Good luck in your searches.

Re: Bench press is worst chest excercise?

95% of people do bench press because the gains it gives can't be beaten by any isolation exercises, it's a tried and true exercise. Some of my best results in tricep and pec development came from bench press. People who you see getting "injured" from bench press are probably the same people doing th...

Re: food vs synthetic

if you buy vitamins, go with d3 plus calcium. It'll assimilate better. The two pretty much ;go hand in hand with each other. The whole multi vitamin complexes are usually junk and unnecessary and synthetics are never better than natural. But for synthetics D3 = the good stuff. what sort of calcium ...

Re: Hamstring imbalance

The tempo means 4 second up on the concentric, 1 sec static hold at the top, and 2 seconds down on eccentric. This tempo will build up the stamina which you say you are lacking. Slow and steady sets. http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Hamstrings/BB45Hyperextension.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);...

Re: Hamstring imbalance

Could do hyperextensions using a 45 degree bench. 3 x 12, tempo 4-1-2. Should help with the fatigue over time. Helps when you keep the arch in your back through the entire exercise.

Re: Holding on to the treadmill

If people want advice they will. Unfortunately I used to be the "unsolicited advice guy," beyond the fact of the person probably not liking you too much they aren't gonna listen (or will for about 5 mins until you walk away) and your wasting your breathe. Can't change the world ya know

Re: Natural partial ROM exercises

Some exercises can be harmful if done incorrectly through the full ROM. Two that come to mind is leg press and squats, going through the full ROM may reap better results but at the risk of knee injury I wont do it or recommend it, you only get one set....
