i eat about 6 meals a day and they include every thing in them protien, carbs and fat, post workout shake. total of 3 mean meals and 3 snack meals. yesterday i did deadlifts and some swings and hip raises and my back was ok i can move more without pian what about running as i said when i play soccer...
