I've been having pain in my shoulder lately when doing my chest/tri days. it occures when i do barbell flat press, skull crushers, and tri pulldowns. does not occur on incline or decline press, flys, shoulder press, or dips. it also doesnt occur on any of my back/bi excersises. just those three. its...
