man the same thing happened to me. exactly the same thing. my check was from chase bank. i took it there and 30 mn later they saiy its a fake. so i gave them all the contact info i had on the "buyer" and that was it. i still have my item and no money.

caffine is great for people without blood bressure problems. if you already are at risk of having or have high blood pressure than i wouldnt rteccomend you take it. other than that its good for you.

wide grip is not the answer.
a close grip supinated grip will work far better.
think mechanice with a wide grip you actually get less rang of motion.
i use a close grip pullup and i have a very nice cobra back. dont think what popular think physical mechanics of your joints.

you might try some lotion. if your dry there then it might get irritated. my knuckes get really dry sometimes and get red and irritated. i slap on some lotion for a few days and its fine.

it probably in his hip complex. tight hip flexors and weak glutes. if his glutes are weak he cant properly initiate a correct foward step. so his abductors take over and pull outward and make a waddle apperience. also if his hip flexors are tight then they will inhibit the hips foward movement.
