I am actaully not worried about getting a 6 pack. I have definate tone in my abs, no six pack, but it still looks okay and currently, I do enjoy eating too much to starve the last tiny bit of body fat off. I was just wondering because while the upper part of my abs always feels so hard worked but th...

Touche. Well what is the best excercise to do then? If doing a million crunches doesn't work (which I have been doing for a while, only recently started changing it up) should I be using the weighted crunch machine they have at my gym? Should I be doing it like any other exercise - 6-10 reps, with a...

Hey everyone, I know this has probably been asked a million times, but a search on "lower abs" and "lower adominals" of the forum didn't give me much info (i got lots of RehAB" threads and even a thread of Self Defense!), so I thought I would just ask. I want to be able to do more, but I can't even get more than 2. The gym I go to has an assisted chin up machine, but I have been on ...

You do a lot of ab work and very little lower back. That's a recipe for lower back pain. Stu I am definately going to start doing more...

I would say it would be general health... just keeping fat off. Keeping body fat level at what it is, or lowering it. Keeping metabolism up (I hear this has more to do with muscle though... the more muscle = higher metabolism). So yeah, maybe keeping FAT off. I want to be able to work out and gain a...

Newb Question on Walking+Weights

Hey, Been around this site for a while, trying to learn exercises. Great site, gotta say. I was recently trying to find answers to some questions I had, and I came to this board. I found some of them, but after a search, and finding some answers CLOSE to what I need, I decided I would need to actual...
