With the eat well eat often, should I have a small snack even if I feel full from eating before?

Also it says on the site's calorie requirements that I spend around 3000 a day, so should I start eating upwards of around 2000-2500 a day? Thanks for the help guys

haha yeah guess so. With losing the fat and such, I know it takes time but how can i measure if I am actually losing or not. During the week I will workout and feel like I made a good effort to lose almost 3-4 pounds, but one night of drinking seems to just wipe that all off.

haha I actually have toned down on both of those. I would love to still drink but feel I can't because of the weight I want to lose and poor diet. I'm trying for a substantial weight/fat loss and while I would drink every weekend, I don't because of that very reason. Also I drunk munch like no other...

Thanks Stu, yeah the biggest issue I think with all of it and the moods is my self confidence-image. I stay in or secluded because I'm afraid of what people think I look like or I'm not happy with what I look like myself at all. that's the biggest reason I think.

If your school has a wrestling team, join that. I was in the best shape of my life when doing that, but it takes a very physical toll on your body. However, you will get to use massive amounts of strength from all over your body and still be able to keep lifting and putting on muscle.
