thanks for the replies, whats your opinions on stimulants such as Liquid Clenbutrx combined with no shotgun and synthesize during workout, and then dark matter post workout? Am i playing with fire here stacking 2 stimulants?

since i started drinking the milk my energy levels have went up alot. I find myself setting new records on every lift at the gym. not a huge difference in my waist either...well maybe right after i drink a ton of milk but it goes away lol.

Currently my work out is ABC, 3 on 1 off. Im doing chest/back, legs, arms, off, repeat. Ive been doing ABC (3x12) then ABC (3x6 Max Weight) and bouncing back and forth. i usually do squats first, deadlifts in the middle and walking lunges at the end. Seems to give my legs a nice workout. Never really had a need for leg presses.

Hahahah i love fiber it keeps me regular. I use fibercon 2 tabs twice daily. The foulest odor exiting my rear all day is priceless (drives the girls wild).
