I'm sitting at around 225lbs, I'd like to get to 215 lean and I was thinking that the GVT style might work better for this. Last time I cut, I significantly lost some strength doing it so I've shyed away from it lately, though I'm getting better at it I think. It's weird to be cutting and still take...

I've never really known a vegan who needed to watch their weight, besides Prince Fielder haha.. but honestly when I tried to go 2 weeks with a vegetarian style diet, I was eating TONS of almonds and pumpkin seeds and whey protein... being vegan I would suggest that she buys some soy protein to help ...

Which is better -- muscle building capability

I've noticed it is WAY harder for me to do this -- Say today, I did deadlifts 55-60ish% -- 205lbs x 10 - 60 secs rest, lower weight as my grip was exhausted, 10 sets, ended at 155x10 and a few of the middle sets were 7-9 reps. Anyways, I did this and proceeded to do some back builders - lat pulldown...

Mine hates my bicep veins but likes the bigger arms, something to squeeze onto when we go out. Shes a younger girl too.

Yah, oats + milk + protein into the blender is a great alternative, and way easier to get everything down right off the bat. It's funny, I find that my diet stays almost perfect when my breakfast has oats.

I like the way deadlifts work the arms honestly, like big meaty ropes haha. I honestly think my arm sizes biggest limiting factor right now is my forearms. And theres nothing wrong with curls, just realize that if youre a beginner, you shouldn't be doing em. You're going to reach a limit pretty quic...

Squats trigger your body to grow overall. Isn't the number something like 10lbs muscle = 1 inch on the arms?

Haha I'm the opposite, I try to fit in squats into my other routines. Like today, I did 3 sets of 135x20 as a polisher to my bench routine.

My arms flexed are at 15 3/4", nothing ridiculous, but big enough to be noticed that I workout, and all I do are straight bar shoulder width followed immediately by tension dumbbell curls. Ideally -

95x5-9 "try to do to fail on each set" and 25lbx5 (602 tempo)

first off, its probably just due to your nose being dry. second, take care of it. get yourself something to keep things hydrated, like a nasal spray. I had to go in last year to the emergency room because I didn't care for it, and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Care for it before it gets bad. It has not...
