I've never really known a vegan who needed to watch their weight, besides Prince Fielder haha.. but honestly when I tried to go 2 weeks with a vegetarian style diet, I was eating TONS of almonds and pumpkin seeds and whey protein... being vegan I would suggest that she buys some soy protein to help ...

Which is better -- muscle building capability
I've noticed it is WAY harder for me to do this -- Say today, I did deadlifts 55-60ish% -- 205lbs x 10 - 60 secs rest, lower weight as my grip was exhausted, 10 sets, ended at 155x10 and a few of the middle sets were 7-9 reps. Anyways, I did this and proceeded to do some back builders - lat pulldown...

I like the way deadlifts work the arms honestly, like big meaty ropes haha. I honestly think my arm sizes biggest limiting factor right now is my forearms. And theres nothing wrong with curls, just realize that if youre a beginner, you shouldn't be doing em. You're going to reach a limit pretty quic...

first off, its probably just due to your nose being dry. second, take care of it. get yourself something to keep things hydrated, like a nasal spray.
