The problem, I would think, would be giving your body the right amount, and enough... nutrients throughout the day to still have energy and continue your fat burning throughout the day. I would think that if I woke up and hit the gym immediately that sure it would probably feel good and get you pump...

Well, with sumo stance the distance it takes for the legs to straighten is really short so I wouldn't say you have the form wrong. Don't forget to pull your shoulders back to complete the rep. Wider stance, shorter distance to pull that's all. Just make sure you aren't rounding your back and you're ...

Thanks for the articles and thoughts, For what it's worth I also found this Basically lists pros and cons of each type. Wow. I really liked that article. So I'm thinking that it would be very beneficial to switch between split and full body routines every so often, they key question I guess would b...

You also have to remember to keep your body guessing so it doesn't adapt. If you've been following your full body routine for months/years then you may want to switch to an Upper/Lower split for a while just to change things up and keep your body guessing or just make some changes in your current ro...

Personal Experience..... I'm still researching myself. Honestly though, I think it only makes more sense to split your workout week to have mainly Upper body and Lower body days. I've been doing Full Body workouts for years and only recently have I switched to doing Upper/Lower split. I have a few b...

Actually , and you will probably find this gross, but it works for me. I dress the tuna with lemon juic, mined onion and garlic, and just enough mayo to hold it together. Salt and pepper to taste. I make a large batch of it for multiple servings. Than when I go to use it, I mix the tuna comglomarat...

I don't think you can do much with cottage cheese. I always eat it plain. I like it though. If you don't like it, it might not be a good choice. As for tuna, you use some dressing. You can try mayo or ranch for creamy one. Or there is also a vinegar and oil type thing. I like to make one with olive...

Cottage Cheese & Tuna
Topic sounds pretty gross lol, let me elaborate. I've been trying to consume 6oz of cottage cheese per day for the past 2 days and I must say, it's pretty hard. The tasteless sour flavor is not satisfactory at all. I tried to mix 3 diced strawberries into the cottage cheese today and it didn't reall...
