Ive been thinking about eating raw eggs since i see some people doing it once in awhile right before they go for a run or go lifting. The thing is im not sure or not whether or not if this is healthy, can someone tell me whether or not i should do this/?
I had that problem 2 years ago when i started running intensely(age 13) it was painful but the reason why that happens is because your body isnt used to keeping arm positions like that when running so during the first 1 to 2 months it will hurt. Dont do sprinting since that will realy tear the trap....
haha i realy am confused i just realized that in the past 3 weeks, ive had 12 different routines lasting about 3 days each. its kinda cool tho cause my body got used to it all but i need one solid routine would u guys mind if i post up my entire routine for this week up now so u guys can tell me wha...

would failure be a good thing to do and should it be done after u finished ur entire workout. What i mean is lets say u spent 45 minutes lifting and u wanna get in something extra, can u spend like 5 minutes doing whatever isolation workout out u did that day but this time go to faliure with it?
im confused, how can this hurt you its 2 completely different things. Wieight lifting is to get stronger and jogging is to gain oxygen. i don see how this is overtraining. I would understand if people say 4 hours of lifting is bad because thats just one thing but an hour of lifting and an hour of jo...
I still dont get it though, is the workout im doing now going to help or hurt me? but right now it seems to be making me a lot lighter i havent tested my strength to the max yet so i dont know

This stuff pisses me off us fighters take pride in training and perfection and then people do some stupid crap like this and give us a bad name. i dare anyone to go throguh an entire mma workout meaning 3 hours of hardcore practice, 1 hour of sparring (normal people drop after 5 minutes of sparring)...

Guys who said that You cant lift with the same muscle until 2 days after the last time u lifted meaning if you lift chest on onday you cant do it until thursday. Can someone please tell me if you can have a lower resting time and why is it 2 days?
