haha, months later.

She is 16+lbs now, 26 inches. She is in 9 month close at 6 months.

Re: Erick's Log

One thing that having the second child has changed is my lifting. It has become much more personal, and harder to fit into my day. I still do, but not the same. I'm down about 25lbs, on purpose. Some muscle for sure, but I had to. My numbers are $h1t right now, and I haven't really tracked weight, s...

Re: Front squat wrist issues?

Yeah, learn to cross grip.

Although as your delts & chest get bigger, you don't really need your hands. Your delts should form neat little shelves to hold the bar.

I end up choaking myself out a lot with FS. But it is what it is.

Ah thanks guys.

I'll be back more often soon. I'm just trying to get back to speed with Tax season done and falling into a routine with a 5 month old.

Re: Erick's Log

Yeah I'm around. I'm going to be on and off for the next few weeks with the baby and tax season, but I get an email when I get a PM so if you need anything let me know. As for my medical issues: Seems my SHBG is super high, my E2 is at the top of the range and total Estrogen is high. Good news is my...

Re: Belt usage

Personally, the deadlift is a competitive event. Not just an exercise. So, I wear a belt so I can lift the heaviest weight possible. That being said, I'll still go up to my first working set without one. I just recently started learning belted lifting. I do what Jason does, just with lighter weight...

Thanks for the concern. Am I okay? Yeah. But things aren't right. I'm trying to get it fixed, but having problems wit...

Re: Erick's Log

So, I can rule out overtraining. I didn't think that was my problem, but at least I know now. I did shoulders yesterday and back today. Even 75% intensity and volume is killing me. My body is destroyed but I still can't sleep, fv(k fatigue issues. Fired my first doctor. She was an arrogant bitch who...

If you guys have any suggestions, I would love to hear it. . Take shots of coconut or olive oil. Do you have a Dog? Re: Erick's Log

Finally got an abnormal lab back. Thank god. At least I have a starting point to get my $h1t fixed. I apparently have the endocrine system of an 80 year old man, yet a 17 year old Hulk at the same time... ;) Between my wife on bed rest (I don't know how people with multiple small kids do this, $h1t)...

Re: Body Fat %

-What % of body fat does the typical male need to get down to to start seeing a six pack; too look really cut basically? Well, to be honest there is no set number that is going to correlate to everyone. Someone mentioned 15%, and that is probably true depending on a few things... How much muscle ma...

Re: enough for proper chest development?

what do you think about this chest/shoulders workout ? I'm not a fan of pairing them as much, but DC guys do... It isn't outrageous at all, I just prefer shoulders paired with back or by themselves. hey, you asked what I think, lol. is that enough for chest development? Before the question can be a...

This done yet? What I got so far...: This, isn't going to be enough cals. It might get you to 140, but that is about it. You are missing read meat, whole eggs, and more protein in general. Listen to Oscar. Think about it: What does your body use to rebuild the muscle you break down by lifting? If y...
