No not very thirsty. Don't urinate with unusual frequency. (I think I know where you might be going, were you thinking along the lines of diabetes?).

Well that was interesting. You were correct in your juice suggestion Ironman. Tonight I went in and did some legs sets. I am not on a carbohydrate restricted diet. Have only recently been trying to do the 6 small meals a day and trying to get some protein with each meal (supplements). But no, I cannot say I have restricted carbohydrates. I can only reproduce this with leg exercises but during a recent shoulder press ...
