Its alright to do it with a barbell, just if I took it really back to like complete the kinetic chain it just a little annoying. Yah tim, it might be someone sort of answered the question, but I didn't know which way he referred to, since I offered 3 ways lol.

Anyway, I think I would go on 2 bench 1 military for one week, and the other week 2 military 1 bench, and so on.

Well if you hit the compound's hard, and you don't do a split routine of ABCDEF, but a full body workout, or AB, then the problem is probably in your food and or sleep.
Indeed as jebus stated technique might be another point to check out.
