You guys are all pretty awesome. Seriously. I have yet to really sit there and eat while counting calories or amounts of protein or what not. I am still seeing great results in the gym and very soon should start supplementing.

here you go poly heres me doing hammer curls. It's not the weight you lift man its the quality of the lift. Don't get bent over shape if you aren't lifting as much just lift right. Unless you are powerlifting the amount of weight you lift doesn't matter as long as you have your form and your muscles...
