eh, i've been doing something similar for the past two years ish and i m quite happy wit the result that i m getting... reason for doing so much for those muscles is that i wanna get really lean for abs and bigger arms.... i kno it might look terrible but it works for me?

I used to go to the gym everyday just working different muscle group everyday but now I thought that might be a lil OD-ed, after seeing a friend of mine only started working out for 2 months n he got bigger than me who worked out for 2 years ish, I plugged in some rest days, what do u guys think? go...

I am going into the p90x program, but i got problems with balancing... are they really important? and does it make a big difference if i skip em?

yeap so i changed me reps n sets for this month but leaving the total reps after each exercise the same

so i was doing

3 sets 12 reps

now im doing

4 sets 9 reps

thanks for the replies guys, i m generally just trying to get as cut as possible. n ya mayb i shud change the reps n sets a bit since i havent been doing that much.

Will this confuse the muscles?

So let say im doing A1 exercise for bicep then the month after i do A2. Here comes the question: On the third month, can i just go bak to A1 or do i have to have a A3?

Ok, so i went to get cryotest, im a morning person therefore the time period between breakfast which i gotta take a serve n the time period before i go to gym which i gotta take another serve is very short, so whats the deal? im confused :frown:

so i m considering taking testorterone booster pills... what kind of pills out in the market gives me the best performance which doesnt have any caffeine in it (med issues, cant consume caffeine) and when and how many pills should i take? and is it good or bad to take post workout protein shake afte...

Well I started a thread a while back talking about how DOMS was greatly diminished the more consistently I worked out. My speculation was that going ~7 days between workouts allowed the muscles to dehydrate and de-swell that then led to DOMS again the next time. That said, even when I work out cons...
