Ya ok, guess i already knew the answer to the first question: 3X5 and read the book. How about pull ups? I do 10 Pull-ups followed by about 6 / 7 Chin-ups followed by about 2 Pull-ups. OK after some more research, it looks like the progression you guys were talking about is not unusual. so i am forgetting the shorter heavier final set and going for three heavier sets.

Eat more, Ill try. Was using progain for a year and didn't notice any particular weight increase though. I used progain due to the high carbs it has so thought better for putting on weight. For the lifting, im pretty easy to please, anything upbeat with distortion - Smash by the Offspring is a favorite but when it comes to running there is nothing like Tool when you are hitting that wall:
