Guys, it seems we have 2 threads running here now... I'm really curious about this flexibility issue in the chest though - if my chest is underdeveloped, do you therefore recommend that any work there is delayed until I develop flexibility in the chest? I'll give the foam roller a try too... thanks ...

Hi guys My pecs and hip flexors are particularly tight to the poitn of affecting my posture. I've tried stretching them out but it doesn't seem to make much diffnerece. Thats good advice... the reason I ask though is because some of the exercises I do easier with more weight than others... for example, I can row with 60%/70% my own bodyweight, but the reverse flies, I struggle with 10% of my body weight.
