Here are a few of them: Chad, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Sudan... Now in the middle. At the bottom are Japan, Switzerland, Sweden, Canada...; at the top...

Contrary to current opinion, both small and la...

Re: Shoulders and Back during deadlift descent
Soften (slightly unlock) your knees, then push your butt back (bend at the hips) until it gets to your knees (like an RDL), then bend at your knees as well to set it all the way down.

Re: Damn shin splints
Shin splints aren't a serious injury. Stop doing what hurts (running) for a while and you should heal up. Instead of running, you can ride a bike/stationary bike for cardio/HIIT. "Warrior Diet"
Has anyone tried this (or anything like it)? Does it make sense? Unless it's just a dumb thing to do I'll try it this summer since I like to gorge and be completely satisfied when I do eat (I've been eating two really large meals at college), so It would actually fit my style well. The article mentioned bodysaws, which I've recently found to be pretty great. Here's a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hoiwnkFAHE" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
