Ok, quick survey... how frequently does your gym not have hot water? I'm about to pop a gasket over repeated cold showers at my current gym. It seems that at least 2-3 times a month (perhaps even once a week), the hot water is out.... leaving those of us who shower there with only cold water. Great ...

The other day when I tried it didn't work... perhaps because I was trying from work and it was blocked...

Well, my doctor agrees that it's a slight impingement. Wants me to start doing some exercises that cover the full range of motion of the shoulder. I do shoulder presses and lateral raises right now, and plan to add internal and external rotation. Are there any other suggestions?
