I once saw a study on this subject, comparing runners doing sprints, half in a normal state, the other in your 'relaxed' state. Apparently the latter group was actually faster.

Think this was on mythbusters though, so take with a grain of salt.

Folk wisdom of the day:
(While preparing 6 eggs + onion, garlic and peppers)
"Marnix, you know your body cant digest more than 2 eggs a day right? The rest just gets added to your cholesterol. You'll be dead at thirty if you keep eating like this."

Oh well.

Never quite realised how bad sugars are for your teeth untill i started eating lowcarb. I feel like i could go for days without brushing now. (Mind you, i still do twice a day. Just they feel clean all day long regardless. Eating sugars makes me want to brush my teeth hourly, pretty much)

Also, that routine would be more suited for a M,W,F routine. It's full-body and includes both push and pull in both routines, and includes squatting in both routines. So I couldn't just go with A-B-A-B, M-W-T-Sa? Or should I do it like you sed, and just rotate the double every week? Because if I do...

I'm a standard american. Nothing beats ketchup and french fries, I don't care how un-paleo/high carby it is . So do Europeans put ketchup on their burgers either? Usually mayo/ketchup combined, heh. Also, atleast in the Netherlands, french fries with peanut sauce (Satay sauce) is fairly commo...
