Re: simple workout

IMO, military press should go the day one exercises, since your the anterior deltoids/triceps are going to be hit with your dip and bench press movements. I am unsure about doing DL and squat back to back. I contemplated it for a while and I just asked a body builder type that I work with and he sai...

Just did the deadlift for the first time

So after a few months contemplating it I tacked on the barbell deadlift to my routine. Here is how it went. Weight lifting (or insert exercise) then sleep

I've noticed that directly after weight lifting if I try to go to bed within a couple of hours I find myself up for another couple of hours or so unable to go to sleep. I assume that this is due to elevated adrenaline and cortisol (and other biochemical compounds that I have no idea about). It is wo...

Re: Neal's Journal

1/9/2012 So I wasn't going to weigh until next Monday but I decided why not? Weight: 313. Frack. Oh well. Still almost 50 less than my all time high and 40 less from when I started, but still... frack. I also had a body bugg that I hadn't used in a long time. I decided to reactivate the subscription...

Re: My progress, need some advice
