Double days?

I've been thinking about training twice a day and wanted you guys thoughts on it. It would be at least 5 hours apart and I would be doing the same plan both times. I only workout 3 time a week so I don't think I would be "over training" but I don't know for sure. so let me know what you think Thanks.
