One of the regulars in our gym spent the entire hour I was there yesterday doing various shoulder/military presses. I wouldnt be surprised if he knocked out 1000 reps. He doesnt look like he works on his shoulders but it will be interesting to see what he looked like after ten years of doing that.

Regarding sleeping on your shoulder - I must have suffered months of broken sleep thanks to my shoulder injury and sleeping position. it's definately worth checking your pillows and general sleeping posture. What is everyones feelings on sleeping position having an impact on shoulder injuries? I bet an awful lot of people sleep on their sides and struggle to fully rest these injuries!
