Re: I'm baaaaaaack

hi. Great to read the updates. Each year since 2008, I've assessed at the end, "Am I closer to being the person I want to be" ? Each year it's been yes, but 2013 was marginal. It was as if someone were trying to shove a filbert nuts into my ear hole. Come to find out, it was actually...

Re: Classic question in reverse

you mean some concurrently occurring sensations that will tell you "today will be the best day to go for broke" ? One thing, like with over training, you can keep going and it gets worse. With "super compensated" perhaps, it's a local max, but in a week, it hits another level - a new max. So, are yo...

This year I will either achieve the goal of getting the Actuarial "ASA", or I can turn in my man card

2014 will be a bounce back year. More announcements to come. I'll be around more, but not right now.

Nah, just my usefulness had run its course But mostly, I'm busy with work and trying to be more discisplined about stuff I put off I wanted to say thanks for the response and once I can view the video at home, I will certainly consider it and the remaining advice, like TGUs - I'll have to start real...

Re: Chronic Tendon Injuries

I am searching for Rotator Cuff relief, and came across this. Wish it had more discussion. fwiw, I think its rotator cuff (still prefer to avoid the Docs!) because it hurts when 1. I try to scratch my back 2. More at night as it gets tighter 3. OH Pressing 4. More so if I flare my elbows 5. Putting ...

Re: Mr Actuary, campfire talk

The focus this year has transformed from a few years of progress in training and spiritual growth to o...
