I'd like to refine my goals. My PR is 10, but 13 with kipping. Id like a 30% increase in a months time.

Sweet, Im in. I was going to work on improving pull-ups in Feb anyways because the pool I frequent will be closed, and was going to do a substitute dryland exercise.

Right now Im at:
10 pronated w/o extra weight.
33 years old, 215lbs, 6'2"

Im pretty good with hydration, thanks to habits from the Army days. I try to maintain the state where 1 cup in = 1 cup out.

First question Im trying to listen to my bodys needs. If my body demands an extra hour or two of sleep the night after a workout, should I followup with extra protein the next morning?
